Usually free zones are those particular areas that are located at the outskirts of a country. As these places are not dense at all with people and population here is nearly none the state wants such places to be explored as well. This requires not only dedication and hard work, but also depends upon how you deal with the problems that pops up while you are on your way to achieving your goal. Strategy making is an art and it can be of two types i.e a top down model and a bottom up model.
