When you pay for expensive training for your employees, there are multiple different ways in which you can evaluate the effectiveness of this training. You need to make sure that you are evaluating whether not the money you spend on the training is really benefiting your organisation is much as you think it is, and you have to make sure that it is not going to just end up being money down the drain for you and your organisation.
