When an installed air con system breaks down, staff wellbeing and efficacy, as well as equipment performance, can suffer. For any business, an air con problem is bad news; but for some it can be catastrophic, particularly if a fail at their IT / server room leads to interruption of service to thousands or even millions of customers.
