In the modern world men have traveled on a comfort path. They lost their health for a number of reasons and one of the important reasons is lack of exercise. At least people used to walk earlier than now. In the present due to the improvements in technologies and the well-situated things of his requirement, men do not care of exercising. Some of us, who do exercise daily, also feel hard to keep the track of what we have done or how far we have worked out.
