Take Alternate Routes Jul 26th 2013, 03:49 The traffic alert today in the Richmond Times-Dispatch (RTD) says that I-95 between mile markers 76 and 78 will be closed for repairs from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Lombardy Street will be repaired as well. Three southbound lanes will be closed and all but one lane northbound will also be closed.
