People love their dogs, and they certainly can make wonderful companions. However, some dogs do not do well around people. While certain breeds, such as Pit Bulls and the Rottweiler often receive bad press, all dogs have the potential to bite. One of the reasons that the Pit and similar breeds receive attention is because their size makes the bites more problematic.
