For the third pamphlet, How to Set Up A Twitter Account , I was very careful with the cover. I took a picture of a mockingbird, had it say "Tweet, tweet" and put the title above that. Anyone seeing it would think of the Twitter bird, but I was far enough away from that image that I would not get a nasty letter from their lawyers. It is important when you make your cover to leave any image of a copyrighted or trademarked item off of it or risk getting sued. That is expensive.
