Now that you have left home and are studying at college or university, it is different to living at home. Mum and Dad looked after all financial matters. You probably got pocket money or had a part time job for extra cash but if you ran out there was always Mum and Dad to help you out. You need to be responsible for all of your actions and having a credit card gives you more responsibility than you have probably had before.
